Learn the existing OS architecture
Providing the technical connection between the business divisions and developers
Manage OS integration with third party OS’s
Coordinate/Fix maintenance and troubleshoot possible code issues
Work with different business divisions to create and implement OS enhancements
Manage development team
Obtain enhancement quotes and manage project budgets
Producing technical architectures that are modifiable, dependable and scalable
Produce Progress Reports
Technical Skills
5-7+ years of ASP.NET MVC 5 framework(C#) development experience
2+ years of project lead/management experience
Experience in developing web application with Visual Studio Environment
Knowledge of Entity framework, Web services, AJAX, Json, Angular JS, RESTful API
MS SQL Server 2014
Ability to write SQL Queries, Stored procedures, database triggers etc
Additional knowledge
a plus
Lucene Search engine
Familiar with wireframing/graphics tools
Knowledge of Amazon AWS environment
General Attributes:
Good working knowledge of real estate industry
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
Superior problem-solving, communication, and organization skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires close attention to detail
A strong work ethic, flexibility, and commitment to continuous improvement
Team player with the ability to work well independently
